How Our Process Works

At Triple A tuition center we keep things simple, structured, and student-focused. Whether your child needs long-term support or help preparing for exams, our goal is to make high-quality tutoring flexible, personal, and effective—without the stress.

Easy Enrolment

Getting started is straightforward. Just fill out our short enrolment form and send it our way. Once we receive it, we’ll be in touch to learn more about your child’s needs—like their year group, subjects, and availability. From there, we handle the rest so you can feel confident your child is in good hands.

Matched With the Right Tutor

We carefully match your child with a tutor who suits their subject, learning style, and personality.
All our tutors are university students or graduates who have successfully completed their GCSEs and A-Levels, and they bring a strong understanding of both the content and exam expectations. They also know how to keep lessons engaging, supportive, and relevant.

Structured, Flexible Lessons

We offer 2-hour sessions, delivered online via Zoom for convenience and consistency. Depending on your chosen package (e.g. 4 or 6 hours per week), lessons are usually spread across multiple days to keep students fresh and focused.

Lessons follow a clear format that includes:

  • A quick review of previous content

  • Teaching of new material

  • Practice tasks and interactive learning

  • Homework or follow-up exercises

  • A summary of key points and goals for next time

This approach helps students build understanding gradually while staying challenged and motivated.

Feedback, Communication & Ongoing Support

After each lesson, we provide a short, clear update covering:

  • What was taught

  • What still needs work

  • Any assigned homework

This helps students stay accountable and keeps parents in the loop. We also check in periodically to review progress, address concerns, or adjust learning plans if needed.

Tools & Platforms Used

All lessons are conducted online via Zoom, which allows for real-time interaction, screen sharing, and collaborative learning.
Depending on the subject, we may also use:

  • Online whiteboards

  • Google Docs or shared drives for homework

  • Exam-style practice resources

We make sure each student has access to the tools they need to succeed—no complicated setups required.

 Flexibility, Policies & Group Options

We know life happens, and we do our best to support families with flexibility.

  • Payments are due at the start of each month, based on your chosen package.

  • There are no registration fees—you only pay for the lessons.

  • If you need to pause lessons for reasons like illness, holidays, or exams, just let us know in advance. We’ll aim to reschedule remaining sessions based on tutor availability.

  • Cancellations are allowed at any time, but please note we do not offer refunds for unused lessons.

  • All lessons are 1-to-1, but we can offer small group sessions (max 4 students) upon request or if we think it would benefit the student academically or socially.

Support Beyond Lesson

Our support doesn’t stop when the lesson ends. We’re here to help students:

  • Prepare for exams with extra revision guidance

  • Build study skills and time management habits

  • Stay motivated and confident throughout the school year

Whether your child needs a short-term boost or long-term mentorship, we’re committed to being a consistent and positive part of their academic journey.
