7. Can I cancel or pause the lessons?

Yes, you’re welcome to cancel your lessons at any time, but please note that we do not offer refunds for unused sessions.
If you need to pause your lessons due to things like illness, exams, holidays, or personal commitments, just let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to reschedule the remaining sessions based on our availability and your tutor’s schedule.

8. How long is each session?

Each lesson is 2 hours long. Depending on your chosen package—such as 4 or 6 hours per week—your sessions will be spread out across different days to ensure students stay focused and get the most out of each lesson. We’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits both your availability and your tutor’s.

9. How many students are in a group session?

Our lessons are typically one-to-one, as we believe this offers the most personalised support. However, if parents specifically request group sessions, we can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 students per group. In some cases, we may also reach out to suggest a small group option if we feel it would benefit the student academically and socially.

10. Do you offer 1-to-1 tuition?

Yes, we specialise in 1-to-1 tuition. This personalised approach allows us to tailor each lesson to the student’s individual learning style, pace, and academic goals—ensuring they get the attention and support they need to succeed.

11. What qualifications do your tutors have?

All of our tutors are university students or graduates who have successfully completed their GCSEs and A-Levels with strong academic results. They bring both subject expertise and recent exam experience, allowing them to connect well with students and provide effective, relatable support.

12. Do you provide progress updates?

Yes, we provide a detailed update after every lesson. This includes what was covered during the session, areas that need further improvement, and any homework assigned. These updates help students stay on track and keep parents informed about their child’s progress.

13. How do I enroll my child?

Enrolling is simple—just fill out our enrolment form and send it over to us. Once we receive it, we’ll get in touch to confirm the details, answer any questions, and guide you through the next steps. We’ll take it from there!

14. Can I cancel or reschedule lessons?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule lessons, but we kindly ask for advance notice. While we don’t offer refunds for cancellations, we’ll do our best to reschedule missed sessions based on tutor availability. If you need to pause lessons for reasons like illness, exams, or holidays, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
